Mr. Ravindra Ghode, Founder of Star (Engg) International, is the visionary behind the creation of IICKC. With more than 25 years of expertise in engineering, management, and international trade, he has been instrumental in driving joint ventures and global partnerships across industries and with leading economies such as the United States, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, the Netherlands, and other EU nations. Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, he brings together strong technical knowledge with proven strategic leadership. Recipient of the Global Leader Award 2022, he is committed to empowering Indian MSMEs for global competitiveness.

Suresh Jambhale

A Canadian national with strong India-Canada business ties, Mr. Suresh Jambhale is an accomplished Industrial Engineer and operations leader with over 25 years of experience in automotive components manufacturing, industrial production, quality systems, and ISO compliance. Currently serving as General Manager at Varad Inc., Ontario, he brings a global perspective to IICKC’s mission of enhancing quality standards and international market access for Indian industries.

Shekhar Raut

Mr. Shekhar Raut is a technology strategist with 25+ years of international experience in software development, program management, and project delivery across India, Europe, and Japan. An Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer with an MBA and specialization in Project Management, he is passionate about digital transformation and automation. At IICKC, he drives technology collaborations to digitally empower Indian MSMEs.

  • Trade & Collaboration: Promote and facilitate MSME participation in global trade through delegations, expos, and virtual marketplaces Enable joint ventures and technical collaborations with international partners
  • Global Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with foreign chambers of commerce, trade promotion bodies, and multilateral institutions

  • Policy & Scheme Support: Act as a resource hub to educate members on relevant government policies, subsidies, and export promotion schemes Assist MSMEs in accessing financial, infrastructural, and policy support available at state, national, and international levels
  • Knowledge & Innovation: Create a robust knowledge-sharing ecosystem through seminars, webinars, white papers and Mentor-ship. Promote innovation and R&D partnerships in emerging technologies and sustainable practices

No, IICKC is an independent, non-profit Section 8 Company, recognized as a Chamber of Commerce. It collaborates with government bodies, trade promotion councils, and international organizations to facilitate business growth.

IICKC is headquartered in Pune, India, with plans to set up international chapters in Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
